Getting Started with BundleBox

Go from installation to your first tested bundle without reading a long manual.

Open BundleBox

Install BundleBox : Bundle Builder and open it from your Shopify admin.

Choose a bundle type

Select the offer that matches what you want to sell: Quantity, Standard, Mix & Match, Buy X Get Y, Subscription, Upsell or Fixed Price.

Configure your offer

Add the products, pricing or discount rules, and customer-facing content required by that bundle type.

Save and add it to your theme

Save your bundle, then use the Shopify theme editor to place the BundleBox app block on the correct product template when required.

Test before promoting

Open the storefront, select the offer, add it to cart and verify product quantities, discount and final price.

STOREFRONT SETUP

Add BundleBox to your Shopify theme

Place the BundleBox app block where customers can clearly see and use the offer.

Open the Shopify theme editor

From Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes → Customize.

Open the correct product template

Choose the product template used by the products connected to your bundle.

Add the BundleBox app block

Add the BundleBox block inside the product information area, or locate the existing block if it is already present.

Position and save

Move the block close to the product purchase controls, preview the page, then click Save.

Verify on the live storefront

Open the product page outside the theme editor and confirm the bundle appears and adds the expected products to cart.

Tip

If a bundle is saved but not visible, first confirm that you edited the same product template used by the selected product.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Fix common BundleBox issues

Start with the symptom you're seeing. Most setup problems can be checked in a minute or two.

Confirm the bundle is saved/active, the product is included, the correct product template is being used, and the BundleBox app block is present and saved in the theme editor.

Reopen the bundle and verify the discount or pricing rule for the selected tier/offer. Save and retest from the storefront.

Check that the product/variant is available and selected in the bundle configuration, then save and reload the storefront.

Test from the live storefront and verify the selected products, quantity rules and pricing before checking the cart.

Make sure you saved the theme editor and are viewing the same published theme and product template.

Use the BundleBox customization options to adjust customer-facing styling, then preview again on desktop and mobile.
